Returns & Refunds – Our Promise to You
We make products to last- but more than that, we make them to belong in your life. If something doesn’t feel right, we want to make it right.
No Guilt, No Games — Just Honesty
We offer free returns on all domestic (Canada) orders within 60 days of your shipping date. No restocking fees. No buried terms. Just fairness and honesty.
To start a return, email us at hello@cyclicjourneys.com with your order number. We’ll send you simple return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Returns must be shipped within 15 days of receiving your return instructions.
International Returns
We’re grateful to ship Cyclic Journeys products across North America. For international orders, returns work a little differently:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
- Please email us the shipping carrier’s name and tracking number once your item is on its way.
- Items must be returned with all components, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method. We’ll email you once it’s on the way.
