Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Simply email our customer support team at hello@cyclicjourneys.com with your order number and we'll be happy to help you.

Please note that all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

After arranging your return shipping, please make sure to provide us with the shipping carrier's name and tracking number by emailing hello@cyclicjourneys.com

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging

Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund

After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse returned items

Returns are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days from when we receive them.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@cyclicjourneys.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
