- Returns are accepted within 30 days from your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Due to Hygienic reasons, grooming items are not eligible for returns.
- Simply email our customer support team at hello@cyclicjourneys.com with your order number and we'll be happy to help you.
- Please note that all customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- After arranging your return shipping, please make sure to provide us with the shipping carrier's name and tracking number by emailing hello@cyclicjourneys.com
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
- Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund
- After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse returned items
- Returns are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days from when we receive them.
- If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@cyclicjourneys.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
