  • Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD before tax (Excludes Kits & Litter Box)
  • Flat-Rate Shipping for orders under $100 CAD: $15
  • Shipping to Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut: Rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier pricing. 

Exclusions from Free Shipping

  • The Litter Box
  • The Litter Kit
  • All variants of the Sustainable Cat Starter Kit 

💡Why? Those items are larger and heavier, making shipping very costly for a small business. We want to keep our products affordable without raising prices. We appreciate your support in helping us continue to offer sustainable pet care solutions.

  • Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba: $15 Flat Rate
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK) & Maritimes (NB, NS, PEI, NL): $20 Flat Rate
  • Northern Territories (YT, NWT, NU): Carrier Calculated Rates

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier pricing.
  • At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping on U.S. orders.

🚨 Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

All U.S. orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery, as determined by U.S. customs authorities.

These charges are not collected by us and must be paid directly to your local carrier or government before receiving your package.

 

Address Issues & Non-Delivery Policy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are unable to cover the cost of lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll kindly ask the customer to cover the additional shipping fee for resending the package.
