• We offer FREE shipping on domestic (Canada) orders over $100 to all Canadian provinces. *This offer excludes the Litter Box, Litter Kit, and all variants of the Sustainable Cat Starter Kit.*
  
  
• Please note that free shipping does not apply to Canada’s three territories (The Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut) and instead your shipping fees will be generated directly through Canada Post shipping fees which will be calculated at check out.
  
  
• At the moment, we only ship within Canada and cannot accommodate international orders (including orders to the USA).

Processing Time

• We ship from Toronto, Ontario.
  
  
• Orders are processed within 3 business days.
  
  
• Once your order is processed, you should receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number.
  
  
• Orders typically take 3-9 business days to reach the final destination (on top of the processing time). Use the tracking number in your email to view the status of your shipment and the expected delivery date.
  
  
• Please get in touch with us immediately if you need to make changes to your order after it is placed. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the item(s) haven’t already been processed and shipped.
