Best Practice Guidelines
Here are a few guidelines to help you get the most out of our products.
Litter Box
You’ll find that your new litter box doesn’t trap odours or start looking grimy after a couple of months. It’s built to last, but we still recommend you give it a quick clean with a tiny bit of soap and water every few months.
Double Pet Feeder
The double bowl allows you to put wet and dry food in the same bamboo stand, while reducing spills and stains. We recommend placing it on top of a cat feeding mat.
The stainless-steel bowls are removable, which makes filling and cleaning them easier. Clean bowls daily with soap and water, or in the dishwasher.
Before you put them back into the bamboo stand, be sure to dry the bowls thoroughly after cleaning.
Food Scoop
A designated scoop for your kitty’s dry food. Clean your scoop every week with
soap and water, or put it in the dishwasher.
The Combs
Whether you chose the deshedder or dematter comb for your kit, now you can set aside a few minutes each day (or each week) to comb your furry friend. Be gentle and go slowly. Do not brush one particular area excessively, and be sure never to tug or make harsh movements. Think long, slow strokes from head to tail.
Nail Clippers
Every cut is clean and crisp. Always be mindful of where your cat’s “quick” is. This is the pinkish part below the nail that contains blood vessels, nerves and
tissues. If you cut your cat’s nails too low, it can cause them pain and make
them bleed. Be sure to leave a little gap between your cut line and the start
of the quick.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Due to Hygienic reasons, grooming items are not eligible for returns.

- After arranging your return shipping, please make sure to provide us

- Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund
- After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse returned items
- Returns are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days from when we receive them.
